Wing Calendar

Any NVWG CAP member can submit an event, but it must be approved by the commander or deputy commander of the squadron to which the calendar belongs. For instance, if you submit an event for NVWG Cadet Programs, it will need approval from the Wing Commander before it appears on the website.

 

To submit an event:

1. Visit https://utilities.nvwgcap.org/ and log in with your wing email
2. Click on "Calendars" then "Events"
3. Click "Add Event" and fill out the information
4. Upon submission you will receive an email notification requesting approval for the event
5. You will be notified upon approval or denial
6. Once the event is approved, it will instantly appear on the wing website

The calendar on the wing website displays only three calendars:

• NVWG Cadet Programs (NV-001)
• NVWG Emergency Services (NV-001)
• NVWG General Events (NV-001)
