As Commander of The Las Vegas Composite Squadron, I am honored to lead a team of dedicated individuals who exemplify the spirit of volunteer service and commitment to excellence. Our mission is not just about flying aircraft, but about developing character, serving our communities, and preparing the next generation of leaders.

Our squadron operates with integrity as the foundation of all our actions. We respect one another, valuing each member’s contributions, strengths, and perspectives. I expect each cadet and adult member to embrace challenges, pursue growth, and support their fellow members with professionalism and care.
