Commander's Welcome
Red Rock Cadet Squadron is focused on CAP’s Cadet Program mission of transforming youth into dynamic Americans and aerospace leaders. Along this journey we will excel at CAP’s three mission areas, Emergency Services, Aerospace Education, and most assuredly Cadet Programs. We will challenge our cadets to exemplify the Core Values; Integrity, Volunteer Service, Excellence and Respect. In addition, we will set high but achievable goals that encourage our cadets to not just meet, but exceed the standards of the four Mission Elements; Leadership, Aerospace, Fitness, and Character. All the while having fun!
Our mission is not a finite event, but as a continual journey. If I were to describe an end state, it would simply be “better”. This same intent was echoed when our members chose our squadron motto, “Altius Ascendere”, translated “Climb Higher”. I invite you to join us in this journey and see just how high you can climb.
